1. When will my orders ship?
- We strive to ship all orders out in a timely manner. Orders placed before 5 PM (PST), will be processed and shipped out the next day.

2. When will I receive my order?
- Order delivery is dependent on shipping method. If you choose USPS Priority Mail, domestic orders should be received within 2-4 business days depending on customer address. If you choose USPS Ground, domestic orders may take anywhere from 3-5 days. 

3. Tracking is telling me my label has been created, but it's not telling me where it is? Why is this?
- This means one of two things: It is being processed currently and tracking will be updated as soon as USPS scans the shipment. If it does not update for multiple days please contact sales@sourcementgroup.com to locate your package.

4. Which countries do we ship to?
- We only ship domestic (United States) and Canada only.

5. I made a mistake on my shipping address and/or billing address. How can I change it?
- Please email sales@thesourcement.com as soon as possible. If your order has not been processed, we can make make updates before we ship. 

6. Can I return or refund my item?
- There are no returns or refunds on our products due to health and sanitation reasons. All sales are final.

7. I would like to place a high quantity order of masks. Is this possible and is there a price discount?
